AI Change Enablement Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you enable clients to adopt AI-powered Copilot and agents through design-led discovery and durable enablement. You work with architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders to identify impactful use cases, translate insights into repeatable Copilot scenarios, and guide adoption and value realization. You lead change management, including communications and enablement programs, to build long-term capability rather than just training. You operate at the intersection of AI innovation, human experience, and responsible enablement to shape SHI’s Microsoft Services practice. Pay / Benefits * Lead design-led thinking sessions and workshops to map how work gets done and where Copilot applies * Translate insights into repeatable Copilot/agent scenarios across roles and workflows * Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure scalable Copilot/agent implementations * Design enablement strategies that empower users to apply Copilot daily, beyond feature learning * Develop enablement assets (playbooks, prompt libraries, internal sites) for ongoing experimentation * Assess readiness, engage stakeholders, identify barriers, and adapt enablement approaches * Define and measure success in terms of sustained capability, productivity, and experience Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field * Experience leading enablement/adoption/change management efforts * Strong facilitation and communication skills for design-led sessions * Prosci certification or formal change management training * Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI-enabled workflows, or Power Platform * Ability to translate business objectives into practical enablement strategies * Consultative mindset across technical and non-technical stakeholders * Microsoft Copilot/Agent/AI or Power Platform certifications listed (AB 900, AB 100, AB 730, AB 731, AI 900, AI 102) * Exposure to governance, security, or responsible AI considerations in enterprise environments Key requirements * Health, wellness, and financial benefits * Professional growth and leadership opportunities * World-class facilities and technology * Diversity and inclusive culture * Career development in a growing practice * Flexible work options (implied by global, office-or-client engagements)
