Software Technical Lead

Experteer Overview As a Software Technical Lead at the Information Intelligence Group, you will drive the delivery of bespoke software solutions for central government projects. You’ll work within an Agile team to design, develop, test and deploy across multi-cloud environments, while shaping technical designs and architectures. You’ll lead delivery and engage with clients to provide clear direction, balancing hands-on coding with leadership. This role offers hybrid work, strong L&D and a collaborative culture focused on innovation and impact.
