Associate Director, SAP Technical Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the design, development and deployment of SAP BTP extensions to extend SAP solutions for clients. You guide client teams on BTP complexities, delivering high-value outcomes. You own architecture choices, foster knowledge transfer, and mentor junior developers. Your work centers on delivering scalable, secure, high-performance SAP-based solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Pay / Benefits * Lead the design and development of SAP BTP extensions using CAP, SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, and SAP HANA Cloud * Create integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems via SAP Cloud Integration and SAP API Management * Implement extensions for S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other SAP solutions * Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability best practices * Translate client business requirements into technical designs and deliverables * Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Conduct workshops and training on SAP BTP capabilities for clients * Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior developers * Stay updated on SAP BTP technologies and explore new solutions for clients * Share knowledge through internal trainings and knowledge-sharing initiatives Tasks * Proven experience in developing and implementing SAP BTP extensions * Proficiency in SAP BTP capabilities with experience in SAP Fiori Elements, SAPUI5, and CAP (including HANA procedures, CDS Views, and OData services) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage technical and business stakeholders * Good command of English * Desirable: knowledge of SAP RAP, ABAP, HANA Procedures, CDS Views, OData, SAP MDK; experience architecting/administering SAP BTP; experience building interfaces on SAP Integration Suite Key requirements * hybrid working policy * flexible working arrangements * opportunity for remote work * world-class development * wellbeing focus * collaborative culture
