Associate Director, SAP Technical Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you will design, develop, and implement SAP BTP extensions to extend SAP solutions for clients. You will lead technical guidance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers to deliver high-value outcomes. You’ll work with SAP BTP, CAP, UI5, and HANA to build scalable, secure solutions while staying ahead of new BTP trends. Your work supports client success and measurable impact through innovative technology integration. Pay / Benefits * Lead design and development of SAP BTP extension applications using CAP, SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, and SAP HANA Cloud * Develop integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP BTP integration services (Cloud Integration, API Management) * Implement extensions for S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba and other SAP solutions * Ensure performance, security, and scalability best practices * Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions * Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders * Conduct workshops and training on SAP BTP capabilities * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers * Perform code reviews and enforce development standards * Stay updated on SAP BTP technologies and trends; research and experiment with new approaches * Share knowledge through internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives Tasks * Proven experience in developing and implementing SAP BTP extensions * Proficient in SAP BTP capabilities with experience in CAP, SAPUI5, and Fiori Elements (incl.
