ServiceNow IRM & SecOps Transformation Lead

You will work with senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver transformation programmes across risk management, security operations, regulatory compliance, operational resilience and AI governance.

The role will suit someone who is comfortable operating across both business and technology, translating complex risk and security requirements into practical ServiceNow-enabled solutions.

What you will be doing

You will work closely with clients to define and deliver risk, cyber and resilience transformation strategies using ServiceNow. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining risk, cyber and operational resilience transformation strategies
• Advising senior stakeholders on risk operating models, cyber resilience and regulatory compliance
• Supporting organisations with AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
• Translating business and regulatory requirements into ServiceNow risk and security solutions
• Leading and supporting ServiceNow IRM transformation programmes
• Supporting controls, compliance, audit and enterprise risk management processes
• Helping clients transform Security Operations processes
• Supporting vulnerability management, incident response and security workflows
• Integrating ServiceNow with wider cyber security ecosystems
• Supporting business continuity, crisis management and operational resilience initiatives
• Developing AI governance models and AI Control Tower-aligned operating approaches
• Working with senior stakeholders including CISOs, CROs and Compliance leaders

Business Development & Consulting

This is not purely a delivery role. You will also contribute to the growth of the ServiceNow risk and cyber practice by:

• Supporting proposals, RFPs and client pitches
• Contributing to new business development activity
• Helping develop ServiceNow IRM and SecOps propositions
• Supporting client workshops and solutioning sessions
• Contributing to thought leadership and market-facing initiatives
• Working collaboratively across consulting, business and technology teams, You will work on complex enterprise transformation programmes, influence senior stakeholders and help shape new ServiceNow IRM, SecOps, resilience and AI governance solutions. This is a senior consulting opportunity for someone who combines strong risk, cyber and resilience transformation experience with ServiceNow expertise., We are looking for someone with proven experience within risk, compliance, cyber security or operational resilience transformation. You should have experience delivering governance, risk or security transformation programmes and a strong understanding of enterprise risk and regulatory environments.

You will also need experience in at least two of the following areas:

• ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps)
• Cyber security transformation
• Risk and compliance management
• Operational resilience
• AI governance and responsible AI

Additional Experience

You should have a good understanding of relevant regulatory and security frameworks, which may include:

• DORA
• NIST
• ISO 27001
• GDPR

You should also be comfortable working with:

• Risk management operating models
• Security Operations processes
• Enterprise compliance environments
• Controls and audit frameworks
• Senior business and technology stakeholders, * Strong ServiceNow risk, security or resilience experience
