Digital Commerce Delivery Lead

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end digital commerce delivery programs for Accenture Song, driving transformation through modern, composable platforms and agentic AI capabilities. You’ll align multi-disciplinary teams, manage risk and stakeholder expectations, and ensure value realisation from platform implementations. Pay / Benefits * Own end-to-end delivery of commerce transformation programmes from discovery to go-live, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes * Deliver technical and functional aspects of major commerce platform implementations (composable/headless on MACH stacks) * Define executable delivery structures, governance, and resourcing across engineering, architecture, QA, and integration * Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams to foster high performance and accountability * Manage senior client relationships, providing transparency on progress, risks, and decisions * Oversee integration of commerce platforms with ERP/CRM/CDP/OMS/PIM/search and ensure scalable architecture * Lead delivery of agentic commerce capabilities (AI-powered personalization, conversational commerce, intelligent search) using cloud AI or platform integrations * Guide buy/build decisions across platforms, AI orchestration, and supporting infra with practical delivery perspective * Embed responsible AI and governance into agentic delivery programmes (auditability, explainability, human-in-the-loop) * Contribute to Accenture Song’s commerce delivery capabilities with accelerators and reusable assets * Support growth and development of delivery talent through hands-on coaching and opportunities Tasks * ~8 years of professional technology delivery experience with end-to-end programmes at pace and scale * Hands-on delivery of at least one major enterprise commerce platform (e.g., Commercetools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce) or MACH-aligned architecture * Strong understanding of API-led, microservices-based, headless/composable architectures and ERP/CRM/OMS/PIM integration * Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams across complex programmes * Experience managing senior client stakeholders and navigating competing priorities * Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for commerce and AI deployments * Demonstrable interest in agentic commerce and AI through delivered AI features or concepts * Strong communication and leadership skills suitable for C-suite interaction * Preferred: hands-on experience with agentic AI on cloud platforms (Vertex AI, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) and familiarity with RAG, LLM-powered apps, and related tooling Key requirements * competitive salary * annual performance bonus * equity opportunities * health and wellbeing benefits * up to 30 days leave plus volunteering days * flexible work policies and onsite/client flexibility
