Requirements
3+ years of experience in Rust, 2+ years in TypeScript. Solidity experience - you’ve built and deployed smart contracts using Foundry, Hardhat, or Remix. Comfortable working with Linux, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. A solid understanding of blockchain development, especially Substrate or EVM-based ecosystems. Experience writing technical documentation, tutorials, or guides. Confidence to speak with external developers - on Discord, Matrix, or in person. A bias toward automation, quality, and clarity. \n
