Agile Coach

Insight Global is seeking an Agile Coach / Scrum Coach for a leading healthcare client. This individual will play a key role in driving Agile transformation efforts across teams by helping employees adopt Agile methodologies, tools, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coaching teams through organizational change, implementing Jira workflows, and fostering an Agile mindset at all levels of the organization. This person will work closely with leadership and delivery teams to improve collaboration, streamline processes, and increase overall Agile maturity while supporting Workforce Management initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on long-term Agile adoption and continuous improvement efforts within a large enterprise environment.

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Coach

• Experience transitioning teams to Jira and Agile methodologies

• Strong Agile mindset coaching and organizational change management experience

• Experience coaching teams through Agile transformations

• Ability to mentor stakeholders, leaders, and delivery teams on Agile best practices

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Experience working within Workforce Management platforms/environments * Healthcare industry experience

• Previous experience supporting enterprise Agile transformations

• Experience coaching multiple teams simultaneously

• SAFe certification or related Agile certifications

• Experience with Jira administration/configuration
