Job description

As a Working Student, you will become an integral part of our team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the IT landscape. This 14-month engagement offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical thinking and communication skills in a professional environment. About the Position We are looking for enrolled university students to support our team for up to 20 hours per week for a period of at least 6 months and up to 24 months in the following tasks:

  • You will support our operations by utilizing tools like Microsoft 365, Jira, and Confluence, contributing to efficient project management and documentation.
  • A solid understanding of IT fundamentals and process knowledge, alongside familiarity with HPSM and Service Now, will be key to success in supporting our IT service management processes.
  • We are looking for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic IT setting.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical thinking skills for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience working with Jira
  • Knowledge in using Confluence
  • Solid understanding of IT fundamentals
  • Good process understanding and ability to optimize workflows
  • Experience with HPSM (Hewlett Packard Service Manager)
  • Practical knowledge of ServiceNow
