On-site, * Betreuung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports für die IT-Anwender
Analyse, Lösung und Dokumentation von technischen Problemen
Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern bei Hardware- und Softwarefragen
Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten im Active Directory

Requirements

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
Kenntnisse in der Windows-Administration und im Umgang mit Microsoft Office 365
Erfahrung mit IT-Ticketsystemen und Remote-Support-Tools
Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
