  • On-site, * Abwicklung von Serviceanfragen, beispielsweise im Zusammenhang mit Mitarbeiterwechseln und Beschaffung von Ausstattung (Service Request Management)
  • Unterstützung der Anwender durch Entgegennahme von Störungsmeldungen und gründliche Fehleranalyse (Incident & Problem Management)
  • Installation, Einrichtung, Wartung und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsplatztechnologie, sowohl Hard- als auch Software
  • Administration von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsberechtigungen auf Client-Ebene
  • Ãœberwachung der Systeme und Komponenten, um einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf sicherzustellen, * Wettbewerbsfähige Vergütung
  • Zeitgemäße Büroausstattung

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine äquivalente Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Helpdesk-Systemen
  • Leidenschaft für anspruchsvolle technische Herausforderungen
  • Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in Windows Serversystemen und im Active Directory
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist und starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
