Job description

  • Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen und Anfragen (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
  • Unterstützung der Anwender:innen bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen - remote und vor Ort
  • Einrichtung und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen, Endgeräten und Peripherie (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker etc.)
  • Benutzerverwaltung und Rechtevergabe in Windows-Umgebungen (z.B. Active Directory)
  • Pflege der IT-Dokumentation und Bearbeitung im Ticketsystem
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Betriebssystemen, Anwendungen und Updates
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten (z.B. Rollouts, Migrationen, Systemwechsel)

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder vergleichbar)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT Support oder Helpdesk von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Betriebssystemen und Microsoft 365
  • Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und IT-Hardware
  • Serviceorientiertes, freundliches Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Nutzer:innen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
