challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Backend Architect in the Architect Team you will be in charge of: Drive the technical evolution of one or more micro frontends in our platform Be the go-to person of developers for all technical questions Collaborate with multiple teams (~30-50 developers) Help business and product in scoping and phasing ideas already in their backlogs Mentor senior engineers in their technical growth Work with other architects in cross-team, company-level technical initiatives What you need to succeed: Job Requirements Bring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. Here’s what you need to succeed: 8+ years frontend development experience (JavaScript, HTML, CSS / SASS, …) BS in Computer Science or a related technical field Software coding, design patterns, architecture and performance engineering Communication with both technical and non-technical people Assertiveness and influencing: able to get your point across and challenge those of others in a calm and positive manner Nice to have: Experience designing micro frontends Experience with machine learning systems Experience in big multi-language/country ecommerce websites Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants. - Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into software development workflows. - AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development processes, and enhance productivity. - Adaptability and Learning Agility, Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI
