Job description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack Java applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Utilize AWS services to build scalable and reliable applications.
Implement messaging solutions using Kafka to ensure efficient data processing and communication.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements

Proficiency in Java full stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
Strong experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
Hands-on experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Experience with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications., * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Java, AWS, or software development methodologies are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
