Requirements

  • At least 8 years of Agile coaching experience
  • Proven experience coaching for agile product transformations in large, complex environments
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives
  • Strong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale
  • Certified Agile Coach (ICP-Client, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent credentials.
  • They should own the health of the Jira platform, ensure governance, enable portfolio reporting, and support Agile delivery across the enterprise. Atlassian also distinguishes Jira administrators from project administrators by giving them responsibility for global configuration, permissions, workflows, fields, and enterprise standards
