Requirements
- Experience in retail; grocery preferred. Self-motived; proven ability to independently lead and/or contribute to production support and project workstreams.
- Responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization’s systems infrastructure. Includes the implementation and design of hardware and software
- Monitors the performance of systems
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and experience in the field or in a related area
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
- Strong analytical skills required
- Experience in Retail POS technology and Payments processing required; grocery preferred
- Experience with NCR Storeline POS, NCR Connected Payments, Ingenico PIN pad and estate management preferred.
5 Must Haves:
- Retail POS technology experience–terminals and pin pad with emphasize on grocery-REQUIRED
- Individual contributor–self-starter–need to work without micro
- Production Support escalation–ability to troubleshoot
- Attend daily meetings, discuss open issues/challenges, manage and execute priorities of the day, triage and manage request
- Working with external vendors–great communication skills, POC for specific projects
- Understanding Program Management model
Certifications/Degree: IT/Computer Science not required–Familiar; PCI POS experiences
Years of Experience: At least 5 years
