Job description

Kforce has a client seeking a HRIS Analyst in Miami, FL (Florida)., * Provide day-to-day production support for Workday HCM and MAPS business processes supporting Vessel Operations

  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve data discrepancies across HR systems and integrations
  • Monitor and support data integrations between Workday and MAPS to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Develop and maintain reports using SQL and reporting tools to support business needs
  • Perform data audits, validation, and reconciliation activities to maintain data quality
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Operations stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Analyze business processes and recommend optimization opportunities
  • Create and maintain documentation related to system processes, reporting, and testing activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM or similar HRIS platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle PL/SQL
  • Experience performing HR data analysis, reporting, auditing, and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
