Job description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Developer/Integration Lead in Armonk, NY., The Salesforce Developer/Integration Lead will provide hands-on technical leadership across Salesforce development and integration delivery. The role will lead implementation across Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Clean Energy Module, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns. This individual will set development standards, review code and configuration, resolve complex delivery issues, mentor developers, and remain directly involved through testing, deployment, and production transition., * Lead hands-on Salesforce development and integration delivery across Energy and Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Clean Energy Module, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and core platform capabilities

  • Translate functional requirements and architecture direction into technical designs, reusable patterns, implementation plans, and development tasks
  • Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, platform events, APIs, custom metadata, permissions, and automation
  • Lead integrations with legacy customer systems, SAP BTP, middleware, data platforms, customer APIs, reporting solutions, and operational systems
  • Establish and enforce development, integration, testing, security, code-quality, documentation, and release standards across distributed teams
  • Perform design, code, configuration, and integration reviews; Resolve complex issues; Mentor developers; And remain engaged through deployment and stabilization

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant enterprise delivery experience, including senior-level ownership of complex workstreams, mentoring, and delivery quality
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, platform events, APIs, security, packaging, testing, and release practices
  • Demonstrated implementation experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, and the Salesforce Clean Energy Module
  • Strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, enterprise data models, and scalable Salesforce integration patterns
  • Experience leading developers, reviewing code and configuration, resolving complex defects, and maintaining quality across onshore and offshore teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions, tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks to business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments with cross-functional onshore and offshore teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain decisions, document risks and dependencies, and collaborate directly with business and technology stakeholders
  • Experience using enterprise-approved AI-assisted tools where appropriate, with independent validation of outputs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Utility customer information system or clean-energy program transformation experience
  • MuleSoft, SAP BTP, event-driven architecture, API-led integration, or enterprise data-platform experience
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, OmniStudio, Energy and Utilities Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud credentials

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
