Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Workday HCM implementations, acting as the functional expert to deliver end-to-end transformations. You will guide clients through discovery, design, configuration, testing, and data migrations, ensuring timely, quality deliverables. You will coach stakeholders on process options, risks, and downstream impacts while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The position combines hands-on Workday work with client-facing leadership in a security-cleared federal context, offering meaningful impact in government HCM programs.
