Experteer Overview In this role you will apply a multi-disciplinary approach to requirements and solutions engineering for government programs, ensuring timely and accurate execution of corporate mission activities. You will work with stakeholders to translate needs into system requirements, guide IT functional discussions, and support risk management and strategic planning. The position focuses on collaboration with government teams to assess capabilities, perform analyses, and assist with implementation in a high-security environment. This is an onsite opportunity in Springfield, VA, offering growt h and a clear impact on national security programs. Compensation / Benefits * Assess IT change requests against enterprise capabilities, policy, and strategy. * Translate customer needs into derived system/capability requirements. * Guide working group sessions with stakeholders to identify/document IT requirements for cost estimating and implementation. * Plan and trace user requirements to automate or improve business systems/workflows. * Perform capability needs assessments and recommend solutions to satisfy customer needs. * Support user acceptance testing of corporate applications. * Assist government with systems implementation activities. * Assist with Analysis of Alternatives, Course of Actions, or Engineering Assessments. * Assist government in strategic technical planning, project management, system engineering, and risk management of corporate applications/services. * Assist government in managing customer capability change requests (CRQ) in a centralized portal/database. Tasks * 12+ years of work experience as a System Engineer or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * 12+ years of work experience in government or industry * Experience with DoW/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES, or system engineering of large complex System of Systems or SOA/Cloud environments * Clearance: Top Secret/SCI w/Poly Key requirements * heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and dependents * 25 days PTO accrued annually * eligible for a discretionary bonus plan
