Job description
Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Platform Administrator II, you will provide advanced admin support across 11 statewide Salesforce orgs to deliver secure, high-performing solutions for agencies. You’ll handle small to medium enhancements, user management, security, and governance in alignment with STS standards. The role involves collaborating with agency partners, vendors, and internal teams to translate business needs into Salesforce configurations. You’ll stay current with Salesforce releases and push platform improvements to better serve Tennesseans. Compensation / Benefits * Provide daily Salesforce administrative support: user provisioning, profile and permission management, security configuration * Implement small to medium enhancements: page layouts, flows, automation, minor data model tweaks * Monitor data quality: deduplication, data hygiene, validation * Support functionality across orgs using Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud * Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex concerns * Collaborate with agency partners to gather requirements and translate into configuration tasks * Assist with release management: sandbox prep, testing coordination, deployment support * Ensure compliance with STS security, governance, documentation, and audit requirements * Coordinate with vendor and internal teams to maintain consistency across orgs * Update and maintain reports and dashboards; stay informed on Salesforce releases and leverage improvements Tasks * Strong Salesforce administration knowledge (user management, security, object config, flows, automation) * Familiarity with Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a multi-org environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery * Knowledge of data management principles and Salesforce reporting * Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams * Bachelor degree in a related field and three years of Salesforce admin experience * Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Administrator II) certifications or plan to obtain within timeframe Key requirements *
