Sr. Salesforce Administrator, Amazon Publisher Services

Experteer Overview In this role you will administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM for AWS Publisher Services, enabling teams across web, mobile, and STV initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement solutions that improve data governance, user adoption, and automation. The position supports QA, Pardot campaigns, and integration efforts to drive operational excellence. You’ll work in an agile, innovative environment with a focus on scalability and impact for publishers and customers. Compensation / Benefits * Manage SFDC CRM including data integrity, governance, and InfoSec compliance * Configure SFDC features: users, roles, profiles, custom objects, page layouts, fields, validations, flows, metadata, approvals, dynamic forms, settings, templates * Learn and adapt to Amazon internal tools and AWS technology * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and build improvements * Participate in change management and communication across stakeholders * Lead QA testing, create test cases, ensure feature readiness across environments, train end users * Support email marketing campaigns using Pardot Tasks * BS degree or BA degree * Experience in business analysis and delivering end-user solutions * Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification * 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, Admin Config) * Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and APIs * Experience with Salesforce data load tools, reporting and dashboards * Good SQL knowledge (SQL, SOSL, SOQL) * Service Cloud implementation experience Key requirements * health insurance * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parCental leave * RSUs * sign-on payments
