Experteer Overview In this role you will lead integration and test of complex electro-mechanical defense systems across the full development lifecycle, shaping test strategies and manufacturing transitions. You’ll define requirements at multiple levels, develop and execute test plans, and oversee new test stations. You will analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and support final system sell-off for customer delivery. This is a chance to influence how high-impact systems are verified and deployed in a fast-paced, innovative defense environment. Compensation / Benefits * Develop system tests and identify required hardware, software, and lab equipment * Perform integration and testing activities including RF chamber and field testing * Collaborate with subsystem teams to diagnose and resolve integration issues * Utilize lab equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators, VNAs, RF signal generators, DAQs) to characterize hardware, potentially writing automation software * Contribute to requirement development and monitor potential integration issues * Capture and promote Design-for-Test best practices * Contribute to Qualification and Acceptance test planning * Work with test engineers and technicians to transfer knowledge and debug procedures Tasks * BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar field * 5+ years of relevant experience or 3+ years with a Master’s degree * Familiarity with Requirements and Verification Management tools and MES tools * Experience verifying system requirements * Familiarity with electrical lab equipment (oscilloscopes, VNAs, etc.) * US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident with potential for security clearance * preferred scripting in Python and/or Matlab * experience with RF systems and phased arrays is a plus * experience troubleshooting embedded systems * understanding of environmental verification (shock/vibe, humidity, temp, dust) * strong communication and collaboration skills * ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments * focus on delivering customer value Key requirements *
