Experteer Overview As Systems Manager, you will oversee planning, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the organizationās systems to ensure security, efficiency and alignment with business goals. You will act as the primary technical contact for the client and maintain day-to-day liaison, while hiring and training staff for system maintenance. The role supports government contracts and requires guiding procedures for routine maintenance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable MMIS capabilities and drive operational excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the main technical point of contact for the client * Coordinate day-to-day activities with the client and internal teams * Recruit and train system maintenance and modification staff * Develop and manage procedures for routine system maintenance Tasks * Eight years of supervisory experience in Medicaid systems design, development, and implementation * Eight years of recent experience managing DDI work within multiple functional areas of an MMIS * Bachelorās degree in computer science, MIS, or related field Key requirements * health insurance coverage * voluntary dental and vision programs * life and disability insurance * retirement savings plan * paid holidays * paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time
