eCommerce Business Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst, eCommerce Transformation for a leading event services and digital commerce organization. This candidate will play a key role in a large-scale eCommerce modernization initiative focused on transforming how customers purchase and manage services through a modern digital platform. The Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, documentation, process mapping, UAT support, and decision management across complex business and technical workstreams. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, proactively drives clarity, and serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and operational groups. Senior Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments

• Enterprise eCommerce transformation experience

• Experience with BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms

• Proven experience driving requirements from intake through documentation, validation, and sign-off

• Strong requirements documentation skills (BRDs, process flows, functional specs, acceptance criteria)

• Ability to operate independently and create clarity in ambiguous environments

• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements and stakeholder expectations

• Experience supporting UAT planning, test scenarios, defect management, validation, and sign-off - Legacy platform replacement and modernization experience

• Pilot launch, rollout, stabilization, and hypercare support experience

• Familiarity with integrations, order flows, reporting, analytics, and operational readiness efforts

• Experience with Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

• Vendor and third-party implementation partner experience

• Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodology experience

• Experience supporting training, business readiness, and operational transition activities
