Requirements

7+ years of professional Android development experience.
Expert-level proficiency with Kotlin and strong Java development skills.
Extensive experience with Android SDK and modern Android development frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Navigation Components, and Android Jetpack libraries.
Strong understanding of MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture patterns.
Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, Room Database, Hilt, Dagger, and RESTful APIs.
Proven experience mentoring, coaching, or leading junior developers.
Experience conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices.
Strong understanding of mobile application security, performance tuning, and scalability.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills., * Experience leading Android development teams or serving as a Technical Lead.
Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Push Notifications.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Knowledge of mobile security best practices and OWASP standards.
Experience publishing and maintaining applications in the Google Play Store.
