Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the design and deployment of AI and intelligent automation across Jabil’s Indirect Procurement Technology landscape. You’ll partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, craft future-state solutions, and drive the AI strategy and roadmap. You’ll deliver scalable AI agents, automation workflows, and data-driven improvements that boost efficiency and user experience. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at the intersection of technology and procurement, with a clear path to shaping transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Identify and prioritize AI, automation, and digital-tech opportunities to improve processes and efficiency * Partner with stakeholders to analyze current processes and define future-state automation strategies * Design architectures for AI agents, workflows, and intelligent solutions using APIs and automation platforms * Develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents, prompt-driven solutions, scripts, and workflows * Apply prompt engineering to optimize LLM performance and agent behavior * Evaluate use cases and select appropriate approaches (AI, RPA, APIs, scripting, or enhancements) * Contribute to AI strategy and roadmap through research and vendor evaluation * Build business cases and success metrics for automation initiatives * Collaborate with process owners, admins, developers, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end automation * Create technical documentation and knowledge articles; support user adoption and training * Monitor emerging AI technologies and industry practices for innovation * Ensure compliance with company security policies * Perform other duties as assigned Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields * Experience identifying, designing, or implementing AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives * Strong understanding of business process analysis and solution architecture * Experience developing AI agents, intelligent workflows, APIs, scripting, or RPA * Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows * Experience with enterprise applications, automation platforms, scripting languages, SQL, or integration technologies preferred * Ability to evaluate requirements and balance complexity, scalability, maintainability, and business value * Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills * Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders across levels * Ability to create technical documentation and end-user training materials * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Curiosity and continuous learning mindset toward AI technologies * Preferred experience with Coupa, SAP, ServiceNow, WalkMe, Blue Prism Key requirements * medical, dental, and vision insurance * paid time off * paid parental leave * company holidays * 401(k) retirement plan * employee stock purchase plan
