Job description

  • Analyse business requirements and design SAP Commerce solutions.
  • Prepare functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure and support SAP Commerce functionalities.
  • Coordinate with development integration and DevOps teams.
  • Drive testing deployment and post-go-live support activities.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Preferred Skills: SAP Commerce Cloud SAP CRM/ECC Integration Agile Delivery B2B eCommerce Solution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP Commerce (Hybris) Functional Analyst.
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP Commerce B2B implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Commerce Backoffice DataHub and SAP CPQ.
  • Experience in requirements gathering fit-gap analysis system analysis and functional specification development.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in large-scale SAP Commerce implementations.
  • Experience working with global multi-national organisations (minimum 1 implementation).
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and B2B commerce solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with Technical Integration DevOps and Business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Exposure to SAP CRM and SAP ECC integration with SAP Commerce is preferred.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
