Systems Migration Engineer

Will be responsible for performing general maintenance related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, roofing, painting, etc. Company vehicle, gas card, tools, IPad, and IPhone will be provided., Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repair of equipment, buildings, and grounds.

• Conduct inspections and assessments to determine maintenance needs and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems to ensure efficient performance.
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks efficiently to meet client standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve outstanding service delivery.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
