This role involves providing technical support for SMB clients, managing on-site and remote troubleshooting, and maintaining client relationships within a flexible work environment. • Provide remote support with occasional onsite visits in Williamson County.
• Manage firewalls, Windows servers, Active Directory, Office 365, and other endpoint devices.
• Collaborate with a corporate technical team to escalate and resolve complex challenges.

• Experience supporting Windows-based servers, desktops, and networking.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic firewall management (Fortinet preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including network issues and hardware repairs.
• Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and client-facing ability.
• Must be local to the Nashville metropolitan area, with the ability to travel to onsite client locations as needed.
• MSP experience is a plus.
