Package Consultant Salesforce

Experteer Overview In this role you will configure and develop Salesforce solutions to enable enterprise automation and agent-assisted workflows. You will build Agentforce components and design deterministic patterns for escalation and grounding. You will implement Salesforce automation and UIs using Flow, Apex, LWC, and platform configuration, while integrating with multiple systems. You will contribute to POCs, ensure quality through testing, and support managed or unlocked packaging for scalable deployments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, AI-enabled agent capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Configure and develop Salesforce solutions for enterprise automation and agent-assisted work * Build Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, actions, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths * Implement automation and user experiences using Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform configuration * Develop and integrate agent actions via Agent API, Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, Pub/Sub, CDC, and other integration patterns * Support Data Cloud capabilities including data ingestion, retrieval, RAG, and Snowflake integration * Work on unstructured and PDF content ingestion, grounding, retrieval, and validation for agent use cases * Contribute to Slack-based experiences including Salesforce for Slack and MCP-enabled patterns * Translate designs into maintainable Salesforce components and reusable assets * Participate in POCs and rapid iterations with working demos * Write unit tests and collaborate with QE for automation and coverage * Use SFDX and source-driven delivery, follow packaging standards, and support deployment strategies * Participate in code reviews, design reviews, release planning, and production transition Tasks * 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or package-consulting experience in enterprise environments * Experience implementing Agentforce or comparable Salesforce agentic AI capabilities * Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, data modeling, security, and governor limits * Experience integrating Salesforce with REST or SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, middleware, and async processing * Experience with Data Cloud concepts including data ingestion, retrieval, RAG, and unstructured content activation for Agentforce * Experience with SFDX, source control, CI/CD, automated testing, environment management, and Salesforce release processes * Ability to work in a POC-first environment with evolving requirements * Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across teams Key requirements *
