Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to Enterprise AI Platforms by building and operating agent harnesses that empower AI applications across the enterprise. You collaborate with architects, product owners, and consuming teams to design and implement scalable, observable systems. You own end-to-end assets, from code to production readiness, and continually deepen your expertise in core technologies. This is a fast-paced opportunity to shape AI-enabled capabilities at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Build and operate agent harness capabilities used by enterprise teams * Integrate agents with tools, APIs, and systems ensuring reliable performance under load * Advance test automation and meet non-functional requirements (security, observability, scalability, recoverability) * Contribute to architecture and solution design with architects, product owners, and consuming teams * Own assets end to end including currency, vulnerability management, and production readiness * Document work to enable reuse and deepen expertise in owned technologies * Perform other duties as assigned Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience * 3+ years of hands-on software development with shipped production code * Proficiency in Python, with exposure to TypeScript for AI integration * Hands-on experience building generative AI or agentic applications * Experience with agentic tooling and understanding of harness components (orchestration, context/memory, guardrails) * Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization * Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or Jenkins) * SME-level depth in at least one technical discipline and willingness to broaden Key requirements * Health insurance for employees and dependents * 401(k) matching up to 5% * Paid time off (minimum 20 days) + holidays * Pension plan fully funded by Travelers * Student loan repayment assistance program * Wellness program including mental health resources
