TELECOMMUTE HR Integrations Engineer

IDR is seeking an HR Integrations Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves working on complex Cornerstone integrations, with a focus on API-driven system connectivity within a dynamic enterprise environment. The position offers an exciting chance to contribute to large-scale HR systems integrations, leveraging deep technical expertise.

• Seeking a senior, hands-on integration engineer with Cornerstone expertise and strong system-agnostic integration skills
• Responsible for designing, building, and troubleshooting API-driven integrations between Cornerstone and enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Microsoft Power Automate are utilized for execution layers
• Requires deep knowledge of Cornerstone APIs, data structures, and business process behaviors

Requirements:

• 4+ years of HR integrations experience, preferably with Cornerstone SOAP and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of Cornerstone OnDemand data models and object relationships
• Experience with Cornerstone Business Process-controlled API behavior, security, XML structure, namespaces, and schema validation
• Ability to inspect and modify raw API requests or responses, troubleshoot API failures, and optimize integration workflows
• Proven ability to build and manage complex Cornerstone integrations involving multiple systems and data flows, * 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets
