Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you contribute to the GWS Fire Control Battle Manager software that controls the U.S. missile defense system. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to understand, implement, and test capabilities and support reviews of requirements and test cases. The position supports growth into higher levels based on qualifications. You will work in a demanding, in-person environment with opportunities to learn Ada, Python, and Linux in a mission-critical setting. Compensation / Benefits * Software development and code maintenance for the battle manager * Participate in requirements and test case reviews * Collaborate across levels on diverse, challenging tasks * Support integration and testing of new capabilities for the GFC software Tasks * Bachelor in STEM (or Master’s with related experience) * 2 years related experience for Level 2 (or 0-2 with Master’s) * Experience in C++ or Java or Ada; willingness to learn Ada * Python experience * Linux experience * ability to travel up to 10% * current active in-scope DoD Secret clearance Key requirements * health insurance * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO) * discretionary bonus
