Experteer Overview In this role you will design, implement and maintain secure, scalable enterprise networks for federal customers, acting as a senior technical SME to resolve complex routing, switching, and SD-WAN challenges. You will contribute to Agile delivery and deliver innovative solutions that support mission success and customer trust. The position emphasizes high-availability, secure infrastructure and hands-on leadership in a mission-critical environment. This is a key role for shaping federal network foundations and performance at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions for federal customers * Serve as a senior SME for routing and switching technologies * Resolve complex issues and contribute to Agile delivery * Provide innovative network solutions to support mission success and customer trust * Maintain high-availability and high-performance network backbones * Hands-on work with Cisco platforms and traffic analysis Tasks * Active Top Secret security clearance * Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred, or relevant experience * CCNP Enterprise certification is required * 10+ years of network engineering experience * Expertise in BGP and OSPF; experience with SD-WAN and Peplink * Experience with enterprise switching (VLANs, STP) and high-availability networks * Hands-on experience with Cisco ASR, ISR, Catalyst, and Nexus; traffic analysis * ability to contribute immediately in a mission-critical environment Key requirements * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Parental leave and dependent care * Flexible work arrangements * Professional development opportunities
