Job description
As a Team member in the Instructional Technology Department, you will be working toward stability, redundancy, and efficiency in each of the information systems throughout the District. Working closely with staff and partners you will help determine how to best use technology resources to drive results. This may involve coordinating initiatives, EOL planning for system and hardware, creating procedures, and/or helping to train staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient working in LAN/WAN environments

Proficient with information technology systems, including servers, storage and networking

Proficient Windows Server/PC operation and management in a LAN/WAN environment including Active Directory, Imaging, and Software distribution

Proficient VMWare, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, wireless management, and monitoring tools
-
Proficient iPads, chrome books, and mobile device management
-
Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience that includes installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN systems OR an Associate’s Degree and four years of experience that includes installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN systems
