Job description

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a high-visibility initiative focused on modernizing and consolidating marketing campaign lifecycle management.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an engineer who enjoys owning solutions from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate can partner with stakeholders, drive architecture decisions, provide technical thought leadership, and actively contribute code across both frontend and backend systems.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture, design, and delivery of a key portal within the Lumen platform

Partner directly with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define solutions

Lead technical decision-making for frontend, backend, and integration capabilities

Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices using Python

Build modern user interfaces using React

Develop and maintain frontend-to-backend integrations

Contribute hands-on throughout the software development lifecycle

Drive CI/CD best practices and deployment automation

Build and maintain cloud-native solutions within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Support containerized application deployments using Kubernetes

Help establish engineering standards, best practices, and long-term platform strategy

Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full stack development expertise

Proven experience in a lead or principal-level engineering capacity

Strong Python development experience building APIs and microservices

Hands-on React development experience

Experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications in GCP

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Experience working with Kubernetes in production environments

Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases

Strong background integrating frontend and backend systems

Ability to work directly with stakeholders, influence technical direction, and take ownership of major platform components -Experience building AI-powered applications, copilots, agents, or intelligent automation solutions

-Previous experience leading distributed or offshore engineering teams

-Background supporting marketing technology, campaign management, or customer engagement platforms

Benefits & conditions

$50-60/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
