Technical Lead / Octopus Deploy Engineer - 10914865

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / DevOps Engineer to support the implementation and operationalization of Octopus Deploy as an enterprise Release Orchestration platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, integrating, and optimizing deployment pipelines while enabling automated, reliable, and governed software releases. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams., * Lead the end-to-end implementation of an Octopus Deploy pilot.

• Design and implement release orchestration and deployment solutions.
• Build, integrate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Support automated and governed application deployments.
• Drive DevOps automation and enterprise release processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Provide solution design and technical guidance.
• Support change management and delivery governance.
• Ensure successful implementation across selected applications.
• Help operationalize and continuously improve the Release Orchestration platform.

• 46+ years of relevant DevOps, Release Engineering, or Deployment Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Octopus Deploy (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Release Automation and Release Orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
• Experience with application deployment and enterprise automation.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience working with cloud platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise is advantageous.
