Experteer Overview As AI FinOps Analyst, you help Rabobank make AI usage cost-aware, transparent and sustainable by turning data on cost, usage and emissions into actionable insights. You will work within the Sustainability AI FinOps squad to analyze AI and cloud workloads, develop governance and reporting, and advise stakeholders on value and sustainability. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and responsible AI adoption. This role offers impact at scale in a purpose-driven bank. Pay / Benefits * Develop governance and reporting approaches for GenAI and agentic AI use cases * Analyze AI and cloud cost, usage and emissions data to identify optimization opportunities * Advise business, finance, architecture and technology stakeholders on cost efficiency, value and sustainability Tasks * Experience with AI, GenAI and cloud technologies, preferably within Rabobank * Understanding of cloud economics, FinOps and cost observability * Experience translating data into insights through reporting, forecasting, business cases and KPI development * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure; experience with KQL, Azure Log Analytics, Azure Bicep or FinOps certification is a plus * You focus on finding solutions and take clear ownership of your work * You stimulate collaboration and build relationships across business, finance and technology * You are a curious colleague who connects business questions with technical and financial insights Key requirements * Gross monthly salary 5.030-7.183 (scale 09) * Thirteenth month salary * 8% holiday allowance * 10% Employee Benefit Budget * EUR 1,400 development budget per year * Hybrid working (home/office)
