AI DevOps Engineer

Experteer Overview In this AI DevOps role, you design and operate the gap between cloud infrastructure and AI-powered voice solutions. You enable scalable, production-ready voicebot capabilities used by millions of customers, collaborating with AI engineers to integrate Azure AI services and telephony components. You will implement IaC and CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot platform issues, and support migration of legacy speech technologies to native AI models. Pay / Benefits * Design, develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines for Azure-based AI platforms across development, test and production environments * Troubleshoot, optimise and automate cloud and voice platform components to ensure high availability and seamless Azure telephony integration * Build and evolve enterprise voice AI solutions by integrating AudioCodes SBCs with Azure AI services, enabling native speech model capabilities * Support migration of legacy speech-to-text, text-to-speech and chatbot architectures towards native speech model solutions * Collaborate with fellow AI engineers and Copilot specialists to deliver scalable voicebot capabilities * Ensure reliable deployment and lifecycle management of services across environments Tasks * 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud engineering, including Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Bicep/ARM) * 2+ years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for enterprise environments * Nice-to-have: knowledge of AudioCodes and telephony integrations with cloud-based AI services Key requirements * Gross monthly salary between 5.030 and 7.183 (scale 09) * Thirteenth month’s salary * 8% holiday allowance * 10% Employee Benefit Budget * EUR 1,400 development budget per year * Hybrid working model
