Head of Data & Performance

Mission As Head of Data & Performance , you will be responsible for defining and executing the IT data strategy while ensuring the optimization of financial and operational performance across the organization. You will lead the Data team, promote a data-driven culture, enhance IT financial processes, and leverage modern technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to improve business performance and decision-making. What will you do day to day? - Lead and develop the IT Data team, defining priorities, objectives, and strategic initiatives while driving the evolution of the organization’s Data Strategy. - Lead IT financial process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and financial performance. - Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making. - Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting frameworks, ensuring data quality, integrity

accessibility, and consistency. - Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, strategic planning activities, and stakeholder reporting. - Collaborate with international teams and business leaders to align data initiatives with organizational objectives and performance goals. - Identify and implement technologies, analytics solutions, and AI capabilities that improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making. - Oversee governance, compliance, audit documentation, and data management best practices while fostering a strong data-driven culture across the organization. Requirements - Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance, Performance Management, PMO, or Data-related roles within IT environments. - Proven experience leading teams and managing stakeholders in large multinational organizations. - Strong understanding of enterprise strategy, financial processes, and business performance management. - Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and decision-support tools. - Strong financial management skills, including budget control and P&L analysis. - Experience driving change management initiatives and large-scale digital transformation programs. - Strong understanding of Agile project methodologies. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting capabilities. - Proven ability to build credibility, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders. - High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools. - Fluent English and French (both mandatory). Nice to Have - Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Management best practices. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau . - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure , AWS , or Google Cloud . - Experience with Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics solutions. - Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies. - Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar

platforms. - Additional European languages. - Certifications related to Agile, Project Management, Data Management, or Business Analysis.
