Technical Lead (AWS & Java)

Experteer Overview As Technical Lead, you will shape engineering strategy and drive technical excellence across teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You’ll act as a technical authority, mentoring engineers and guiding architecture, while fostering innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll influence technology decisions, ensure secure-by-design practices, and build robust observability and delivery performance.
