Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise SaaS applications, with a primary focus on Workday. This role will handle production support, troubleshooting, integrations, incident management, and system improvements across business-critical applications., * Support enterprise applications, integrations, and production environments.

Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues.
Manage incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis.
Support user access, platform administration, and system maintenance.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
Maintain documentation and support procedures.
Assist with upgrades, releases, and operational improvements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, Required Experience/Skills fro the Senior Application Support Engineer:

5+ years of application or production support experience.
Strong experience supporting Workday Financials and/or HCM.
Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, reporting, and scheduled jobs.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Application Support Engineer:

Salesforce support or administration experience.
ITIL knowledge.
Experience with SQL, scripting, BI tools, or AWS.
Workday Studio or Workday certifications.
Financial services industry experience.
