Senior SAP Architect S/4HANA Transformation & Cloud

Experteer Overview As an SAP Application Architect at IBM Consulting, you define client-focused SAP solutions and lead technical teams through implementation and transformation. You represent the client’s interests, bridge business and technology, and shape flexible SAP architectures. You work on landscape optimization, architectural governance, and solution design to meet business requirements. This role sits at the intersection of strategic advisory and hands-on delivery, in a globally connected, transformation-led environment. Pay / Benefits * Develop client analyses and concepts; optimize and implement system and landscape architectures * Manage or execute project components to meet timelines * Provide architectural oversight, technical guidance, and functional specifications based on business requirements Tasks * 6-8+ years of experience in technical SAP consulting, SAP S/4HANA architectures, and S/4HANA transformations * Experience with RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP * Experience with SAP Move to Cloud, SAP on Hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure), SAP data transformation, AI enablement in SAP landscapes * Expert-level focus on at least one SAP topic area (e.g., S/4HANA architecture, data transformation, Basis cloud architecture) * Experience with at least 3 full life-cycle S/4HANA transformations * Subject matter expertise across multiple SAP solutions and industries * Strong global project leadership experience; ability to develop and position offerings * C-level engagement and collaboration with partners and third-party providers * Fluent German and English (written and spoken) Key requirements * flexible work models with remote work options * company car * retirement plans * corporate health management * performance-based compensation * mentoring and targeted training
