Job description

Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and KPI requirements.
Analyze end-to-end Oracle Fusion business processes across Finance.
Design business dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices leveraging Oracle FDI capabilities.
Support business users during UAT, training, and solution adoption.

Requirements

Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (Finance).
Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Experience with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
Experience with BI Publisher.
Strong SQL and complex query development skills.
Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with ETL/ELT processes.
Experience with data integration and APIs.
Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion business processes.
Experience with requirements gathering and solution design.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience with workshop facilitation and business process mapping.
Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) implementation experience preferred.
Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations preferred.
Exposure to Finance and Procurement analytics preferred.
Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to lead workshops and executive discussions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Experience working in global delivery and consulting environments.
Experience with Oracle Fusion AI/GenAI capabilities is a nice to have.
Exposure to data governance and master data management is a nice to have.
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party reporting platforms such as Power BI and Tableau is a nice to have.
