As an Oracle Cloud Analytics Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and ensuring the overall quality of Oracle Cloud solutions. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between functional teams, client IT stakeholders, and delivery teams, driving design decisions, development standards, and successful solution delivery across complex, multi-pillar implementations.

This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Advisory & Solution Delivery

  • Develop an understanding of clients’ current-state business processes and recommend future-state solutions
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend strategic roadmaps and high-level implementation plans
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Align business requirements and industry best practices to deliver scalable technical solutions
  • Define new business processes and refine existing operational workflows
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and executive leadership

Oracle Analytics & Reporting Architecture

  • Design and develop Oracle applications, including dashboards, visualizations, and semantic/data models
  • Architect enterprise analytics solutions leveraging:
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
  • Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
  • Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
  • Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
  • BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Design and develop enterprise data sources and reusable reporting assets for multiple business users
  • Develop and maintain ETL/data integration processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and related technologies
  • Design and implement security models and data governance standards within Oracle analytics environments
  • Establish best practices, standards, and implementation methodologies for Oracle analytics and data platforms
  • Stay current on emerging trends in analytics, cloud data architecture, and Oracle technologies, and advise clients accordingly

Internal Contribution & Team Collaboration

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Peloton methodologies, processes, and intellectual property
  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional and client-facing project teams
  • Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across the practice

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and/or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
  • 1-2 years of hands-on implementation experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
  • 1-2 years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Experience performing complex data analysis and presenting insights to business stakeholders and executives
  • Strong understanding of enterprise analytics architecture, data modeling, and reporting best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented consulting environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client environment

Compensation:

Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $127,000-$204,500 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Performance-based bonus
  • Paid holidays and PTO
