Experteer Overview In this role, you design, build, and own moderately complex full-stack solutions for IHFM’s web applications and Salesforce platform. You work hands-on across front end, back end, APIs, and Salesforce, translating business needs into scalable, well-tested applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in Irvine to deliver patient-focused technology that supports commercial and enterprise systems. Compensation / Benefits * Design and build full-stack features (React/Angular front ends, backend services, REST API integrations) * Develop Salesforce solutions end to end (Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, integrations) * Own components from requirements through deployment and post-launch support * Evaluate feasibility and design system specifications within architecture, quality, and security standards * Write documentation and clear, tested code; conduct code reviews * Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis across web and Salesforce stacks * Ensure compliance with SDLC, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 / GxP requirements as applicable Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience * Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development * Proficiency with React or Angular and at least one backend language (Node.js, .NET/C#, Java, or Python) * Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrations * Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, or configuration) * Strong debugging, version control, and Agile delivery skills Key requirements * competitive salaries * performance-based incentives * comprehensive benefits * career growth opportunities * on-site work in Irvine * equal opportunity employer
