Experteer Overview As a Senior Application Developer, Business Systems, you design and deliver complex web and Salesforce-based business solutions that power Edwards IHFM’s commercial systems. You will set technical direction, solve challenging integration problems, and mentor others while staying hands-on in code. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable, secure applications. This role offers a chance to impact patient care by enabling robust enterprise platforms in a regulated medtech environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and development of full-stack solutions for web applications (React or Angular) and Salesforce * Architect integrations and data flows across enterprise systems for scalability, security, and maintainability * Set technical patterns, standards, and best practices for the team; own key technical decisions * Personally build and validate the hardest components and prototype new approaches * Mentor developers through code reviews, pairing, and design guidance * Collaborate with analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to translate problems into technical solutions * Own quality, security, and validation across deliverables (CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP as applicable) Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience * Minimum 5 years of hands-on full-stack development with significant Salesforce experience * Deep proficiency with a modern frontend framework (React or Angular), backend services, and API design * Strong Salesforce development expertise (Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations) including governance awareness * Proven end-to-end delivery of complex applications and integrations * Experience mentoring developers and setting technical direction while staying hands-on Key requirements * competitive salaries * performance-based incentives * comprehensive benefits
