Senior Manager, Business Systems

Experteer Overview In this role you will own and deliver IHFM’s business systems across commercial, clinical ops, and back-office functions. You will lead a small team, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise integrations. The role balances hands-on configuration with prioritization and delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring compliance and data quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a medtech innovation hub to accelerate patient-focused technology. Compensation / Benefits * Lead initiatives from requirements to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization * Configure, test, and validate Salesforce workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations * Translate business problems into technical solutions with input from enterprise and domain architects * Own backlog management and agile execution across concurrent projects * Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and drive end-to-end process optimization * Lead delivery of Salesforce enhancements (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and system integrations (ERP, health platforms, third-party tools) * Ensure solutions are scalable, fit-for-purpose, and maintainable * Partner with Sales, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and IT to plan and deliver initiatives * Act as liaison for process owners and enable super-users through training * Drive alignment to accelerate decisions and execution * Drive data quality, reporting, and CRM adoption to support pipeline visibility and commercial effectiveness * Ensure compliance with CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, and GxP requirements Tasks * 10+ years in business systems delivery, enterprise applications, or business systems analysis with hands-on configuration * 3+ years leading or mentoring delivery teams while contributing to build/configure work * Proven track record delivering large-scale system implementations end-to-end * Strong Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud): configuration, automation, reporting * Experience with system integrations and data flows across enterprise systems * Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools * Ability to travel up to 10% * Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Key requirements * competitive salaries * performance-based incentives * wide variety of benefits programs
