Experteer Overview In this role you drive enterprise CRM solutions, specializing in Salesforce, across the full consulting lifecycle. You define problems, architect solutions, and lead development, configuration, and deployment. You guide project processes, deliverables, and client training while supporting proposals and capability building. You will shape value-driven Salesforce-driven solutions for global clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups to meet evolving business needs. Compensation / Benefits * Lead multiple phases of the consulting lifecycle from problem framing to solution delivery * Define problems and propose Salesforce-based CRM solutions * Develop, configure, and deploy end-to-end Salesforce solutions * Guide project processes, deliverables, and scope with teams and clients * Contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable business transformation and value realization * Manage deployment and packaging using Salesforce tools and integration patterns * Support governance around coding standards, deployments, and security implementations * Enable knowledge transfer and documentation for ongoing client success Tasks * 11+ years of IT experience * 5+ years in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, and architectural frameworks * 3+ years Salesforce development and implementations (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) * Strong Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs, and web services * Experience with Salesforce deployment techniques (Metadata API, ChangeSet, Ant) * Knowledge of SOSL/SOQL, Reports/Dashboards, workflows, and approvals * Experience with Force.com integrations (WebServices, CastIron/Boomi) with on-premise systems * SOAP/REST web services development and WSDL handling * Experience with Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant, AJAX toolkit * Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification; Platform Dev1/2 / DEV 501 is a plus * Ability to translate requirements into technical Salesforce specifications; strong communication * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Java experience is a plus * Knowledge of Wave Analytics and Salesforce Lightning Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance * Long-term/Short-term Disability * Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts * 401(k) plan and employer contributions * Paid holidays and Paid Time Off
